Any man or women, to be diagnosed with such a disorder is required to have five or more symptoms of total of 10 signs and symptoms. These include arrogant conduct, lack of empathy, envious sense of self importance, desire for excessive affection, refusing to acknowledge mistakes or imperfections and interpersonally exploitative. A few of the conditions that commonly coexist with this disorder are hypomania, dysthymia, anorexia nervosa, paranoid or antisocial personality disorder.
