Normally, a panic attack that occurs lasts more than a few minutes, but just ruin your day. So to help you, we& will describe what a panic attack is and the signs, you should be able to recognise this, before it starts.

In some cases, an anxiety attack can last more than two hours because there are several anxiety attacks, which form a cyclic series. It is quite common and can easily leave out of the situation that seems to cause anxiety and fear. Remember when these attacks happen be sure to have someone give you a glass of water. It is very important to stay hydrated as you notice much fluid is lost through sweat.

Many people have asked me questions about symptoms and effects of anxiety, but each person experiences different things. Basically, you just feel extreme fear and anxiety, and it does not look like you focus on something else and help the fear disappear. Now, this fear may itself be caused by several types of situations, to speak publicly of a marriage or even waiting at the dentist.

There are a variety of panic attacks, so mild you not even notice, except for sweating, and they are very powerful, they can also cause blackouts. Remember and be mindful of what your suffering from. Always remember to sit down immediately after the attack begins.

Now there are many questions about panic attacks linked to heart problems and heart attacks, even in some situations. Well, that is true, but anxiety rarely causes heart problems, and only if these attacks are not treated and they occur almost on a daily basis.

So, in conclusion, I must say that panic attacks are a common problem, but with a little help, you can cure or contain them. Note that the situation caused by a panic attack, is more likely to cause this in the future.
